During this immersion you will get 5 yin yoga practices, 2 sessions of pranayama & breathwork and 2 sessions of deep meditation.
You will learn :
- What is Yin and Yang and its complementary nature
- The 3 principles of the Yin Yoga
- How to adopt an inclusive approach to your yoga practice in adaptation to everyone's body
- How to stimulate Prana/Chi (energy flow) and remove blockages
- How to develop mindfulness with the help of yin yoga practises
- Why breathing is important and how to breath better with the help of pranayama & breath-work techniques
- Instructions and practice in deep meditation
Yin yoga has been present since the origins of hatha yoga, but since the beginning of the 19th century, yoga has evolved increasingly towards a more "yang" aspect: more active, hot, muscular and demanding.
Everything requires balance, and alongside yang yoga, yin yoga allows for a more balanced practice. Yin yoga is slow, deliberate and calming. This is the other side of your practice that you definitely need.
Please bring your own fleece, or warm blanket, for relaxing moments.
