Passionate about spirituality and personal development, Sébastien has been practicing integral Yoga since 2001.

Trained and qualified in Vrindavan, India, he has been teaching Hatha Yoga from the Sivananda tradition for 14 years now, but also Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra for which he received international certifications from the Yoga Alliance. 

It is with pedagogy, kindness and humor that he helps his students to progress or take their first steps.


In this period of uncertainty, our minds are easily confused by all kinds of fears, doubts and contradictory information from all walks of life.

Each of these disturbances distracts us a little more from our true nature which is stability, calm and happiness. What follows is stress, anxiety and overwork…

Take the time for a weekend to regain your serenity thanks to three powerful techniques from the ancestral teachings of postural but also mental yoga.

TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA, YIN YOGA, YOGA NIDRA will be combined during four guided sessions with pedagogy and kindness, for the benefit of the Yeunten Ling Institute in Huy.

This program is accessible to practitioners of all levels.

Program :

Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to noon : Traditional Hatha Yoga

Sun salutation, classic postures of postural Yoga, concentration, pranayama, breathing and guided relaxation. According to the Sivananda tradition.

Saturday afternoon from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. : Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

A very slow and very in-depth postural Yoga practiced using supports (blankets, bricks, cushions, bolsters, etc.).

This practice is particularly aimed at working and softening connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, tendons and joints. Particular attention is paid to concentration, withdrawal of the senses, the appropriate mental attitude and awareness of the circulation of the body's energies.

Sivananda tradition session with variations.

Sunday afternoon from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. : Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a 100% mental yoga offering the ability to reach a deep state of relaxation and access unsuspected personal resources.

Lie down under your blanket and let yourself be guided, step by step, closer to your true nature.

This practice does not offer any postures or pranayamas, so it is completely accessible (and even recommended) to people experiencing physical difficulties.
